openSUSE is now fully installed and configured. Unless you enabled the automatic login function or customized the default runlevel, you should see the graphical login on your screen in which to enter a username and password to log in to the system. On single user systems with automatic login enabled, the desktop starts automatically.
For a short introduction to the KDE or GNOME desktop environments, refer to the GNOME Quick Start (↑) and the KDE Quick Start (↑). Find detailed information about both desktop environments and about the applications to run on KDE or GNOME in the KDE User Guide (↑KDE User Guide) and the GNOME User Guide (↑GNOME User Guide). These manuals can be accessed via the function in both KDE and GNOME.
