  <description>zypper marks all instances of needed patches for
installation, which causes conflicts if there are more
instances with the same name (these conflict with each
other). Since the update repositories typically contain
such patches,  this bug makes it difficult to apply them.

The situation gets even worse if there is an update
repository present multiple times.

This patch fixes the above problem.
