在完整系統中安裝時，必須完成下列步驟。在本文中，Blade 中心內的單一 Blade 也視為一個完整的系統。

正確安裝系統，以便啟用從光碟機、DVD 光碟機或網路開機。
對於 pSeries，也請您參閱 Section “Preparing for Installation on an IBM pSeries Models” (Chapter 2, Preparation, ↑Architecture-Specific Information)。 這也適用於 ATX 工作站和 ATX 伺服器 (單指整個系統上的安裝作業)。
