This update adds package "systemtap" to SLES10. SystemTap as such is fully supported, with the exception of so-called guru mode (which allows arbitrary code to be patched into the kernel, thus invalidating certifications and preventing Novell from supporting such a system). The primary use of SystemTap is as a debugging tool, so at this point we recommend against permanent SystemTap modules and may request such modules to be disabled when working on technical support requests.
