Recommended update for libol

This update provides the following fixes for libol: Applied fix extracted from libol-0.3.17 to avoid data loss on destination socket connection loss (bnc#537314). Fixed to use socklen_t instead of size_t, causing logging of own instead of the remote hostname on s390x (bnc#205209). and the following in syslog-ng: Applied patch provided by Karsten Kuenne fixing segfault in host macro expansion when msg->host[_from] is NULL (bnc#423470).
