Chapter Monitoring with Nagios has been removed from Part II, “System Monitoring” (Fate #316136), because Nagios is no longer shipped on SUSE Linux Enterprise 12.

Chapter Perf mon2—Hardware-Based Performance Monitoring has been removed from Part III, “Kernel Monitoring”, because perfmon2 is no longer shipped on SUSE Linux Enterprise 12.
