Recommended update for nss_ldap

This update for nss_ldap resolves multiple issues:

* when configured to use the "oneshot" connection policy returned
incomplete results when querying the group memberships a user
(bnc#604768).
* nss_ldap could hang (or cause nscd to use 100%), when the
connectivity to the LDAP server is unstable. This update will add
forced re-conects to avoid this issue. It is recommened to configure
the "timelimit" in /etc/ldap.conf accordingly (bnc#621317).
