pirq sharing patch from upstream (for bug #152892) makes
these patches redundant. Dropping these makes our
shared_info structure match upstream again, which is
needed for compatibility with other paravirtualized
guests.

hyper- call (used by the pcifront driver) to work on MP
guests. Without this, the pciback driver can hang on
