<description lang="en">This patch updates the SLE10 update mirroring tool yup to
handle the Service Pack 1 channels.

Included in the patch are:
- Configuration updates for /etc/sysconfig/yup

Especially there is now a YUP_SUBVERSIONS variable which
can include GA and SP1 tags.

- A general documentation for SP1 YUP related migration in
  the document:
  /usr/share/doc/packages/yup/YUP-SLE10SP1-notes.pdf

- A sample script for a unattended migration of a SLES 10
or SLED 10 GA system to Service Pack 1 when using a YUP
  mirrored tree.

The script can be found in:
/usr/share/doc/packages/yup/switch-enterprise-nu-mirror

You need to specify in the script:
OLD_UPDATES_SERVICE_URL - the previous YUP url you used for
GA updates.

NEW_SP_ONLINE_URL	- The URL to the SP1-Online migration
channel. NEW_SP_ONLINE_NAME	- The user visible name of the
ZMD channel for above channel.

NEW_SP_UPDATES_URL	- The URL to the SP1-Updates updates
channel. NEW_SP_ONLINE_NAME	- The user visible name of the
ZMD channel for above channel.

When running it will automatically install all updates
that Service Pack 1 consists of, then change the respective
product information on the system and then install all
current Service Pack 1 updates.

The script should be tested carefully and can be adjusted
to your specific needs.

Also please note that the NCC account now also supports
&quot;Mirror Credentials&quot; for your companies product
subscriptions which allow mirror access to channels.
