11/29/99 - First Release
12/20/99 - 0.9.1 released
The circular smoke blur now renders correctly. This was acheived by
de-optimizing the generalized blur function. Added window shape
options and a double size option.
01/02/00 - 1.0 released
Final (hopefully) release before the end of XMMS contest on January
10th. Major changes include the addition of user definable presets,
stereo draw functions for the doublesize modes, more optimizations
	of the general blur function.
01/05/00 - 1.1 released
More cleanups in the code and on the screen. Circular Smoke, Spiral,
and Suck all render as accurately as I can make them. Added Random
and Color Cycling options. Speeded transitions between blur functions.
01/06/00 - 1.1.1 released
Bug fix release. Added Right hand spiral blur.
01/24/00 - 1.2 released
Cleaned up artifacts in the Circular, Spiral, and Suck blurs.
Smooth transitions between effects, added option for Background
	effects.
Added Wave Ring effect. Added two new color maps, Layers and
Color Layers, changed the Inverse colormap slightly.
The GDK drawing function now has it's own thread.
Added two more sizes 320x200, 512x384. (the mirrored stereo
drawing functions are available in both)
04/05/00 - 1.3 released
*Last official release* - My architecture (or lack thereof) has become to
cumbersome to support. I'm in the process of writing a new plugin
based based on what I have learned with this one. It's name is Medusa
and the first development release will be available within a few months.
Thread implementation has been cleaned up a little and *should*
	be more stable.
Random blur features smooth transitions between blurs
Random colormap features smooth transitions between colormaps
More performance enhancements for the general blur function
Blurs change faster in random play mode
Added a whole host of colormaps
-most of these were lifted out of Blursk, so a *big* thanks
	   goes out to Steve Kercel!
