Returns <a href="true%3Fen">TRUE</a> if the <a href="type/string%3Fen">String</a> argument <u>sArgument</u> contains only blank characters.
<p>
A blank character is just a space or a tab.
The newline \n and the carriage return character \r are not considered as blank characters.
