Use this method to close all connections stablished by the server, and stop its listening proccess.
<p>
After this call, server will return to status <a href="../net%3Fen">Net</a>.<a href="../net/inactive%3Fen">Inactive</a>, and the possible <a href="../socket%3Fen">Socket</a> clients created before will turn to state inactive.
