Resizes a picture.
<p>
The picture is not stretched, but cut. If you want to stretch a picture,
you must use an <a href="../../gb.qt/image%3Fen">Image</a> and the <a href="../../gb.qt/image%3Fen">Image</a>.<a href="../../gb.qt/image/stretch%3Fen">Stretch</a> method.
