SELBST WENN DIE VORGENOMMENE MÄNGELABHILFE IHREN ZWECK VERFEHLT HAT.
(b) DIE HAFTUNG VON MACROMEDIA FÜR DIREKTE SCHÄDEN, GLEICHGÜLTIG AUS
WELCHEM GRUND, BESCHRÄNKT SICH IHNEN GEGENÜBER AUF EINEN BETRAG VON
BIS ZU 50 US-DOLLAR BZW. AUF DEN BETRAG, DEN SIE ALS KÄUFER FÜR DIE
LIZENZIERTE SOFTWARE BEZAHLT HABEN, JE NACHDEM, WELCHER BETRAG HÖHER

technology, so long as such use complies with the terms of this Agreement, the
