To add someone to your list of delegates:Click Edit > Preferences, then click the Exchange Settings tab.Clikc Add, then search for a contact in the Global Address List. Remember the Global Address List (GAL) appears empty until you have searched for something in it.Select from the following access levels for each of the four types of folders:Do not allow this person to access any folders of this type.Allows the person to see items in this type of folder, but not create new items or edit existing items.The delegate can view items in your folders, and can create new items, but cannot change any existing items.The delegate can view, create, and change items in your folders.Click OK.
