User Profile Administration

The "administration" menu entry allows the user to change his user profile, including password, Name, email address, phone, and department. Furthermore, the user can register to monitor classes of issues for changes. He is then being informed whenever changes are made to that issue in that particular state. The state is the state the issue has after performing the change.

Via the "Administration" - "My Profile" menu one can access the page shown in Figure 6. In the example shown, the user is being notified via email if changes to issues that belong to project MDRS blablabla and subsystems IDU, ODU, and System are entering states "opened" or "closed", or any changes that are made to such issues while they are in these two states.

The user can modify that list any time at his own discretion.
