Administration Overview

Access Administration

Beneath this menu you find the possibility to manage all access related functions. Users may be assigned to roles in different projects, and roles may be added, modified and deleted. List types may be related to roles.

Project Administration

New projects can be added by the system administrator, existing projects can be configured and modified.

Copy List

Project administrators may copy entire lists of entries, thereby changing some parameters. This function is very useful if list templates are defined, for example for test plans. The test plan lists may be copied to a test protocol, for example changing the release or build number. The test protocol can then be checked off for each build or release.

System Administration

Here the Track+ application can be configured, e.g. SMTP server, LDAP server, license keys, etc.

Workflow Definition

The system administrator may define workflows for project types, i.e. which role may perform which state change for specific list types.

My Profile

All user related configuration settings may be managed here, like password, email reminders, monitoring lists, etc.
