Start of Win-TV 2000, starts up using tuner mode. Tunned to Cable-5, PAL, NICAM Stereo, 720*576.

Please note that the I2C Address byte includes the R/W bit, hence the address is shifted up one byte. I modified the CheapI2C prog to present this way....
